An american company in the state of "Minnesota" has developed in the state of personal weapon (handgun)in the form of a smart phone, and it's raising a lot of security concerns about the use of this weapon .
The new innovation which carries the name "Ideal Conceal" sounds very much like a smartphone and its devlopers says it's designed to not get attention or to scare people.
