Hi and welcome !!, in this post I will explain how to make a browser for Android phones in an easy and simple way.for that follow my steps.
First, we enter to the following link:

then we click on "make it now"

In the box number 1 we write a name for the browser, for example I wrote TheThec13 Browser
The number of letters with the spaces must not exceed 14
In box No. 2, put an icon on the square shape after pressure

Now we got a name and icon for the browser now we move on to the selection of the start page and how we access to it.

in box number 3 ,we click on Customize
and we write the home page, I chose the Google search engine because it is my favorite ,and you can choose a web site or another search engine.
Then in the box No. 4 ,we put an background that appears when you open the browser and it is advisable to be measured 800 * 480
Now:you have just to download the software
